At Sherman Cottage, our care model is designed around approximately one caregiver for every three residents during our core daytime care hours. That time makes it possible to truly know each resident, notice small changes, adapt daily care, and include fresh air, conversation, music, memory activities, movement, and companionship in everyday life.Personalized care only becomes real when caregivers have enough time to provide it.
